A 2 day acrylic paint workshop with artist Thomas Hutchings

This 2-day class takes place on October 24th and 31st from noon-2pm Learn to paint trees in the forest by depth through value, learn to use the right brushes. Thomas demonstrates “creative craziness in the forest”. Practice the techniques that have made Thomas a respected artist on the island. The wonderful mural on the 50+ Centre in Lake Cowichan was created by Thomas. Students to bring own acrylic art supplies: 16” X 20” canvas, paints, brushes. Limited tickets. Please bring: Acrylic paint (basic colours), mixing board, brushes (#2 round, flat brush and other brushes you prefer), canvas (16” X 20”), bring table easel if you have one.
