Fun with Mixed Media and Gesso with Cim MacDonald

Please wear something that covers your good clothes for applying the gesso as this method can get a little messy. It takes two people to apply it and it is then dried with a hair dryer. Please bring a small squirt bottle if you would like to have some gesso to take home, watercolor paper, brushes, paint (either acrylic or watercolour), basically what you would normally use to bring to a class, and a pre-drawn picture or two that you would like to try - any type of drawing will work. To save time, pre-draw your images in pencil on your paper and bring them to class, more than one if possible. The instructor will supply the gesso. Student Supply List:
