Tips and Tricks for Flower Photography

This workshop and filed trip is for anyone interested in capturing the beauty of flowers with a camera. Instructor Jannifer Calstrom will be using a DSLR, but any camera you bring will do the job - even your iPhone! Post processing techniques will be covered, along with where to source some free software for post processing. The day will start at the Arts Centre where we will discuss composition, props, and tools. Then we will go on a field trip to the Honeymoon Bay Ecological reserve to capture native flowers such as the pink fawn lily and trilliums. The park offers many other types of nature photography as well. You will then take you photographs home and do any post processing you wish. You will upload your 3-5 top images to Dropbox files.
