Watercolour Classes With Cim MacDonald

This class is over a 2-day period: September 9 + 10th from 10am - 12 noon. Cim MacDonald is a signature member of the Professional Photographers of Canada, the Northwest Watercolor Society, and an Associate Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Her artwork and murals are well-known in Chemainus, where she resides. It is a very rare occasion that an artist of this calibre offers to teach a workshop at the CLAC Arts Centre. Cim teaches a basic course for beginners to intermediate and shares some professional tips. Day 1 will focus on skies, water, controlled skies, sky- water image with mountains, rocks and trees. All of these subjects end up on one piece of paper; the second day is more in-depth with each component showing more advanced methods of developing the same subjects.
